CONDITIONS OF SALE.

  • - Payment by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.

Returns & changes.

  • - Money refund, only within 24 workin hours after the purchase of the item and only on unused items and with their original packaging.
  • - 7 calendar days to exchange for another item or voucher, without expiration, from the purchase of the item and only on unused items and with their original packaging.
  • - Exchanges or returns are NOT allowed on items expressly ordered at the customer's request, or on those that have been expressly modified at the customer's request.
  • - NO changes or returns are allowed on pillos or nordic duvets.

Guarantee.

  • - All our sets of sheets, duvets & duvet covers are guaranteed that they do not shrink or make balls, as long as the conditions set out on their labels are met, in terms of washing, drying & ironing conditions.
  • - In case of a defective factory item, you can choose between the refund of the money (in the way it was paid), the exchange for another item or a voucher, without expiration.
  • - Motorized items have a minimum warranty of 2 years.
  • -For other items, check in store.

Orders & reservations.

  • - To book an existing item in store, 30% of the total will have to be paid as a reservation.
  • - The reserved item will be kept this way for 30 calendar days after the delivery of reservation, after which the delivery will be lost if the item has not been withdrawn, after the payment of the remaining amount or by withdrawal of the reservation.
  • - For ordering items by catalog, 50% of the total will have to be paid as an order.
  • - In case of withdrawal of the ordered item, the payment made as an order for the work don will be lost.

Conditions of online sales.

  • - The item purchased online must be paid prior to delivery by the means enabled on the web.
  • The inventory check of the different items is done in store every day at 20:30h, in case of making the purchase <<online>> and that during the day the item purchased has been sold in the physical store, this physical sale will have priority, so the buyer <<online>> can opt for the refund of the total amount or the purchase of another item.
  • - Repeated items, in model & size, in different categories within the same collection are the same item, so the number of units is the one collected in each item but not in duplicate.
  • - Once the payment is received, the article:
  1. Can be picked up in store from the following 2 working hours, in case of the option of picking up at store; in case of cash on delivery (payment in store), the item will remain reserved for 7 calendar days, after which without being withdrawn, it will be put back on sale.
  2. Will be sent in the following 24 working hours (except during the holiday period, where it will be sent the first day after these); in the case of the items that have to be made by measure (such as size modifications or the items of the <<home decoration collection>>) the shipping period will be about 30 days from the time of payment, remaining the buyer informed all the time of the departure.
  • - In the case of the city of Cartagena, the delivery will be made within 24 working hours by staff of the company itself; in the case of the Campo de Cartagena region, the delivery will be made within 24 & 48 working hours by the staff of the company itself.
  • - The item will be shipped by the transport company, as normal shipping, at the address expressed at the time of making the purchase. The delivery time will depend on the standard delivery times of the transport company.
  • - The shipping cost are as follows:

  1. - CARTAGENA (city*) & Campo de Cartagena**, free shipping (€9,95 will be paid in ordering time, and will be returned on delivery day)
  2. - SPAIN, free shipping costs, for amounts greater than €100; in the rest of the cases the shipping costs will be €9,95.
  3. - EUROPEAN UNION, the shipping costs will be €15,95.

* Includes the districts of Canteras, Cartagena Casco, El Hondón, El Plan, San Antonio Abad, San Félix & Santa Lucía.

** Includes the districts not included in Cartagena city, and the municipalities of La Unión, Los Alcázares, Fuente Álamo, Torre-Pacheco, San Pedro del Pinatar, Mazarrón & San Javier.


Online returns.

  • - To return an item purchased online, you must notify our establishment in advance via email ([email protected]) or by Whatsapp (+34644394760).
  • - Items modified expressly by the will of the buyer may not be returned, nor may items made with their own measurements (such as curtains in any of its variants) or expressly ordered from the factory be returned.
  • - Items purchased online may be returned within 3 calendar days of payment, in orders placed from the city of Cartagena & Campo de Cartagena region, leaving the item in our physical store, on Avda. Reina Victoria Eugenia 28b, returning the money in the form made the payment at the time..
  • - Items purchased online may be return within 15 calendar days of payment, in orders placed from the European Union (city of Cartagena & Campo de Cartagena region excluded), sending the item to the address: Ochoa&Diez, Avda. Reina Victoria Eugenia 28b, 30204, Cartagena; with shipping costs from the buyer; the money will be paid in the form in which the payment was made, once the item has been received.
