- Payment by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.
Returns & changes.
- Money refund, only within 24 workin hours after the purchase of the item and only on unused items and with their original packaging.
- 7 calendar days to exchange for another item or voucher, without expiration, from the purchase of the item and only on unused items and with their original packaging.
- Exchanges or returns are NOT allowed on items expressly ordered at the customer's request, or on those that have been expressly modified at the customer's request.
- NO changes or returns are allowed on pillos or nordic duvets.
- All our sets of sheets, duvets & duvet covers are guaranteed that they do not shrink or make balls, as long as the conditions set out on their labels are met, in terms of washing, drying & ironing conditions.
- In case of a defective factory item, you can choose between the refund of the money (in the way it was paid), the exchange for another item or a voucher, without expiration.
- Motorized items have a minimum warranty of 2 years.

Orders & reservations.
- To book an existing item in store, 30% of the total will have to be paid as a reservation.
- The reserved item will be kept this way for 30 calendar days after the delivery of reservation, after which the delivery will be lost if the item has not been withdrawn, after the payment of the remaining amount or by withdrawal of the reservation.
- For ordering items by catalog, 50% of the total will have to be paid as an order.
- In case of withdrawal of the ordered item, the payment made as an order for the work don will be lost.
Conditions of online sales.
- The item purchased online must be paid prior to delivery by the means enabled on theweb.
- The inventory check of the different items is done in store every day at 20:30h, in case of making the purchase <<online>> and that during the day the item purchased has been sold in the physical store, this physical sale will have priority, so the buyer <<online>> can opt for the refund of the total amount or the purchase of another item.
- Once the payment is received, the item will be sent within 24 working hours (except in holidays when it will be sent the first working day after), by Correos (for all cases excluding deliveries in the city of Cartagena).
- The item will be shipped by Correos, as normal shipping, at the address expressed at the time of purchase.The delivery time will depend on the standard delivery times of Correos.

- SPAIN, free shipping costs, for amounts greater than €100; in the rest of the cases the shipping costs will be €9,95.
